Case Study: A large national bank uses Metropolitan for its site assessment needs. With each assessment, the bank receives a report in a standardized format with all the findings and recommendations on the first page. All reports meet or exceed ASTM, HUD, and EPA standards for the scope of work involved. Three copies of the assessment are provided complete with color photographs of the property, site and areas of concern. Each site assessment uses a locally based inspector who is familiar with the environmental considerations unique to that community. This allows Metropolitan to incorporate the benefit of local knowledge into our recommendations.
